Yoga and Pilates for body alignment and painless movement

Monika is very passionate about mindful movement and a healthy, active lifestyle. She prefers to be REAL, humble, and sincere and embraces the imperfections that we all have, including herself. This is how she puts herself on the same level as her students.

Some of us are born with the gift of flexibility, and some are not. This makes the journey more adventurous, fun, and rewarding.

On the contrary, the first step towards progress is to identify the weaknesses, accept them, and patiently and diligently work on eliminating them. The bottom line is to humble yourself and respect the body's limits.

Monika’s style spontaneously evolves as she attempts to keep up to date with trends but still obeys traditional methods. One of her clients' key approaches is encouraging them to find-accept-eliminate the limitations gently and gradually. Teach them to move with self-efficacy, build strength, and create a deeper mind, body & breath connection.

The key is not necessarily to be perfect but to be consistent and, most importantly, to enjoy the process.

She shares this knowledge with intention so students understand how the body works, why there is pain, and where there are discomfort or mobility issues, so gradually, step-by-step, they can work on the corrections.
